Service Description
In this 90 minute session you will receive a personalized Energy session. This session can be in person or online. During this session we will personalize it to your needs that day. This could mean; Reiki, breathwork, Yoga Nidra ( Sleep Meditation), Chakra clearing, gentle yoga movement and/or sound therapy. Please wear comfortable clothes when practicing with me.
